All sales are FINAL. Seattle Trading USA Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, ordering errors, or product dissatisfaction.

We will, however, replace or refund products that are

• Defective
• Damaged in Shipping
• Incorrectly Shipped

To request a replacement in these cases, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and proof of the issue.
