Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Orders are only considered accepted once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If you must pay in a currency other than USD, please contact us using the information provided below to make arrangements before placing your order. Non-USD payments will only be considered for bulk orders, such as purchases of two or more pallets

Shipping & Returns

All sales are final. Seattle Trading USA Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction. However, we will replace or refund products that are defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrectly shipped. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with order details and proof of the issue.
